I. Synthetic sleeper introduction
作为常规的轨道交通用轨枕,木材和混凝土轨枕都有一定的局限性,故而,新型的轨枕随之被开发应用。我们新型的复合材料合成轨枕是由连续玻璃纤维增强改性氨基甲酸乙酯树脂发泡而成,合成轨枕低碳环保、刚度低、寿命长、性价比高,是木材、混凝土轨枕的zui佳替代品,可广泛应用于城市轨道交通、普通铁路、重载铁路、高铁的正线、车辆段、道岔、桥梁等路段。
As conventional rail sleepers, timber and concrete sleepers have certain limitations. Therefore, synthetic sleepers have been developed and applied. Our new synthetic sleeper composite is made of continuous glass fiber-reinforced polyurethane foam, a new type of synthetic sleeper product. The production process, the raw material after the automated ingredients, automated dipped, stable pressure curing, the product obtained excellent comprehensive performance. Our synthetic sleeper features low carbon and environmental protection, low rigidity, long service life, and high-cost performance. It is the best substitute for wood and concrete sleepers. It can be widely used in urban rail transit, ordinary railways, heavy haul railways, high-speed rail lines, depots, turnouts, bridges, and other sections.

我们的新型合成轨枕采用创新工艺,可实现一次成型,zui大一次成型厚度300mm,产品无粘接或少粘接,可靠性、安全性、稳定性更高。
Our new synthetic sleeper utilizes an innovative manufacturing process, enabling a single-step formation with a maximum one-time formation thickness of 300mm. The product exhibits minimal or no bonding, thereby ensuring increased reliability, safety, and stability.

质量轻(根据线路轴重等工况具体设计,密度在0.7-10g/cm3之间),密度约为混凝土的1/3,现场运输安装方便快捷,缩短铺轨周期,降低生产劳动强度。
With a lightweight design tailored to specific railway conditions, the density of our sleepers ranges between 0.7-1.0g/cm³, approximately one-third that of concrete. This facilitates convenient and swift on-site transportation and installation, reducing track laying times and lowering labor intensity.
(3)易加工可修正
(3) Easy machinability and correctability
轨枕能进行与木材同样的加工;可实现侧面及上下面开槽、钻孔、调高。在施工失误或破损后,可进行现场快速修补。
Sleepers can be processed similarly to wood, allowing for slotting, drilling, and height adjustment on the side, top, and bottom surfaces. Quick on-site repairs can be carried out in cases of construction errors or damage.

合成轨枕具有较高的道钉抗拔力,扣件系统连接长期使用更加稳固、可靠。

轨枕绝缘性好,且材料吸水率极低,可有效防止生锈,以及防止杂散电流和水侵蚀。
Sleepers have good insulation and low water absorption, preventing rusting, stray currents, and water erosion.
(6)使用寿命长

轨枕耐候性能好,疲劳性能好,寿命是木枕的5倍以上。服役期实现免维护,综合成本低。
Sleepers have excellent weather resistance and fatigue properties, boasting a service life over five times that of wooden sleepers. They require minimal maintenance during their service life, resulting in a low overall cost of ownership.
